The JSEM has established an early mobilization instructor/early mobilization advisor qualification system whereby people who have acquired a certain level of knowledge or skills can receive accreditation. Accreditation examinations include both written and practical examinations that strictly test examinees mobilization knowledge and skills to determine whether or not that have achieved the standard that is actually required in a clinical setting. This system is expected to foster the development of leaders in the mobilization field capable of taking command of mobilization activities at various healthcare facilities.
